Jessi is a dynamic design leader with over fifteen years of experience in handbags, accessories, prints, and hardware; as well as extensive knowledge in people leadership, product development, and merchandising. She has a proven track record of sales growth, business strategy, and product innovation.
She is passionate about sustainability and finding circular solutions throughout the product lifecycle and across organizations. In the Spring of 2022, she completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin.
